SALES ADMINISTRATOR ROLE OVERVIEW

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator in Grantham to support our busy office and sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident in managing multiple administrative tasks.

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and maintaining customer data within CRM systems
  • Handling general office administration tasks
  • Editing and updating internal intranet and website (WordPress beneficial)
  • Supporting the sales team with documentation and admin processes
  • Preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office
  • Coordinating communication between clients, lenders, and internal teams
  • Assisting with asset finance applications
  • Supporting onboarding processes for new Appointed Representatives (ARs)
  • Keeping lender information accurate and up to date
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with WordPress (desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team

WORKING HOURS

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Total: 36.5 hours per week

    Junior Broker

    Salary: £23,175 plus performance bonus and commission.
    Location: Office-based, Grantham

    JUNIOR BROKER ROLE OVERVIEW

    • Generating leads and appointments.
    • Prospecting new clients.
    • Meeting agreed targets.
    • Fostering and maintaining positive client relationships.
    • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
    • Representing the business in a professional manner and ensuring FCA compliance at all times.

    QUALITFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • Strong telephone skills
    • Driven and motivated
    • Business to business sales experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong time-management skills
    • Detail oriented and highly organised
    • Skilled in negotiation
    • Working knowledge of business and software

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Educated to GCSE Level standard.
    • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Business-to-Business telesales.
