Alpha Asset Finance was founded in March 2018 by Directors
Brad O’Hara and Paul Spinks with a simple belief:

From the very beginning, the focus has been on building a business where

their finance journey.

Our team takes the time to understand each customer’s business, explain
options in plain language and guide them through the process without
jargon or unnecessary delays.

DESIGNED AROUND THE CUSTOMER
To support this experience, Alpha became the first brokerage to develop its own customer platform — ACE (Alpha Customer Experience).
This secure online system was designed around real customer needs and gives customers a clear, transparent view of their finance applications, both current and historic, all in one place.

Customers can upload documents easily, message their broker directly and receive real-time updates, helping them stay informed and in control throughout the process.

SECURE & TRUSTED
Alpha was also the first UK broker to embed
NIVO biometric ID verification, a bank-led security solution,
directly into its platform. This allows customers to complete ID checks
quickly and securely, making the application journey faster and safer
while helping to protect all parties involved from fraud.
